kde-frameworks/knotifications: remove qml use flag
* knotifications now has include(ECMQMLModule) which tries to find Qml
unconditionally. Leading to a suprisingly unhelpful error when it
fails to find it due to -DCMAKE_DISABLE_FIND_PACKAGE_Qt6Qml=ON.
